The City of Mississauga joined Pingstreet- a free mobile app through a partnership between Communications, 311 and IT, that provides real-time access for residents to the municipal information they need.

As of today, two new features have been added to the app allowing residents to submit a service request directly from their smartphone 24/7:

Parking Permits: Request a temporary parking permit for a residential street.

Report a Problem: Easily report a problem with graffiti, sidewalk or road damage (potholes), illegal signs and abandoned shopping carts.
