Congratulations to Ward 3 resident, Elvenia Gray-Sandiford who is this year’s recipient of the Gordon S. Shipp Memorial Award as the 2013 Mississauga Citizen of the Year.
She founded Transformnation Inc. in 2007 to help kids dealing with poverty and violence and has been very active in the Ward 3 community, especially in the Dixie/Bloor neighbourhood of Ward 3.
