The ball is in your court – Join the Playing for Keeps movement www.playingforkeeps.ca

Do you identify yourself in one of the following categories?

  • Youth (16-25 years of age)
  • Newcomer (youth, adults and seniors, in Canada for less than five years)
  • Long-time resident of the community

If so, we would love to have you as a Volunteer Ambassador to lead Playing for Keeps Neighbourhood Games! Neighbourhood Games are locally organized, playful activities that bring people together to share an experience, have fun, and play. Games can cover a range of activities such as sports, arts, music and food!

Responsibilities:

  • Help plan, organize, run playful games in your neighbourhood!
  • Volunteer in your community

Commitment:

  • Commit to attending the Playing for Keeps/George Brown College Community Leadership Training, offered at no cost over two weekends (4 full days) on July 6-7 and August 10-11 in downtown Toronto
  • Commit to volunteering to plan and host at least one Playing for Keeps Neighbourhood Game in your own community
  • Commit to volunteering with your community organization
