The City of Mississauga is proposing a new planning tool which provides incentives to help attract new office development to the Downtown Core. Come out and express your thoughts on Monday, October 24, 2016 at the Civic Centre at 7PM. The four new incentive programs that the public can express their input on are:
- Tax Increment Equivalent Grant (TIEG)
- Development Processing Fees Rebate
- Municipally Funded Parking Program
- Municipal Property Acquisition and Disposition
